Group Term Life InsuranceTo participate, an employee must have 1 year of continuous full-time service. MW will provide an amount equal to ½ of the employee's annual salary up to $50,000 max, raised to the next highest thousand with a minimum voluntary amount of $10,000, up to $300,000. *Part-time employees will receive $10,000 in coverage if they work a minimum of 1,560 hours during the calendar year. Coverage will be for one calendar year and reviewed at year end for possible continuation. |
