The specialized skills of Dr. Carter compliment the existing staff of high trained physiatrist practicing at The Workplace. Dr. Carter was formerly employed in South Alabama before returning to the Birmingham area. Prior to his move to South alabama, Dr. Carter was a vital member of the Alabama Sports Medicine Institute located at the Healthsouth Medical Center.
